Indulge in this tantalizing blend of flavors with a Spicy Gin Gimlet, a spirited twist on the classic cocktail. Crafted with precision, this concoction combines the zesty kick of gin with a dash of heat, creating a symphony of taste that dances on your palate.

It can easily be done last minute and ready super quick. I recently made this for my dinner party at the July and it was absolutly loved by all the guests. The only reason that the “prep” time is so long is if you want to make the chili in ice cubes. It just needs that time to freeze. If you don't have that time, you can easily just cut up some chili and throw it in the drink. Beware how much you put in because it gets spicy super quick!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin of choice
  • 0.75 oz lime juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup (1:1, sugar:water)
  • 1 small chili (put in ice)

Directions

  1.  Get an Ice tray and fill it with water
  2.  Get your small chili (or as many as you want) and put it in each cube.
  3. Put this in the freezer and allow to freeze
  4. Get you gin of choice, lime juice and simple syrup and put in a cocktail mixer (or glass if you don't have one).
  5. Shake (or mix) together.
  6. Pour into your glass
  7. Add the ice with chili

Alt: if you don't have time for freezing the ice with chili, you can always cut up the chili and add it to the glass.
